In response to this suggestion, the Home Treatment Team conducted a comprehensive evaluation of Miss Kelly's state of mind and her current functioning. The review included a thorough medical history as well as a physical examination. The review also included a comprehensive psychotherapy assessment, a family therapy assessment and a psychiatric diagnose interview.
According to the report, Miss Kelly suffered from a number of mental health issues, including the borderline personality disorder such as bulimia, anorexia and bulimia. She also had a history of drug misuse and domestic abuse. Stress, anxiety and depression caused her symptoms to worsen. She was also diagnosed with bipolar affective disorder and schizoaffective disorders.
